By accessing or using the Canadian Rebates Program website (the "Site") or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately. Canadian Rebates Program reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Canadian Rebates Program is an independent HVAC provider and rebate facilitator. We assist Ontario homeowners in identifying eligibility for, and applying to, government energy-efficiency rebate programs, including the Ontario Home Renovation Savings Program and the federal Oil-to-Heat-Pump Affordability grant administered by Natural Resources Canada.

We are not a government agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Government of Canada, the Government of Ontario, the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO), Natural Resources Canada, or Enbridge Gas. Rebate program names, amounts, eligibility criteria, and availability are determined solely by the administering bodies and are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

Rebate amounts and eligibility information displayed on this Site are based on publicly available program documentation and are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute a guarantee that you will receive any specific rebate amount. Actual rebates are subject to:

• Your home's eligibility as assessed by the relevant program administrator;
• Equipment specifications and minimum efficiency requirements;
• Program budget availability (programs are funded on a first-come, first-served basis);
• Successful completion of any required pre- and post-retrofit home energy assessments;
• Compliance with all applicable program rules and deadlines.

We make reasonable efforts to keep rebate information current; however, we do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

When you complete our eligibility form or a Facebook Lead Ad form, you authorize us to contact you by phone, email, or SMS to discuss your HVAC and rebate options. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

• Clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email we send you;
• Replying STOP to any SMS message;
• Contacting us directly at privacy@canadianrebates.ca.

Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional communications related to services already booked or in progress.

If you submit your information through a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad operated by Canadian Rebates Program, the following additional terms apply:

• Your submission constitutes a request for information and a free, no-obligation eligibility consultation. It does not create a contract for services.
• Information collected through Lead Ads is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Meta's Data Policy.
• By submitting a Lead Ad form, you consent to being contacted at the phone number or email address provided within 5 business days.
• You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and the owner or authorized occupant of the property for which you are seeking services.

Completing an eligibility form or speaking with our team does not guarantee that an installation will be scheduled, that a rebate application will be approved, or that any specific rebate amount will be received. Installation scheduling is subject to technician availability, equipment supply, and confirmed program funding. Rebate approvals are made at the sole discretion of the administering government body.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Canadian Rebates Program or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.

This Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Canadian Rebates Program, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services — including, without limitation, loss of rebate funds, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to us for services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites including government program portals. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
